Weichat engineered a robust, field-deployable high-current waterproof inline connector utilizing an ultra-tough, fiber-reinforced Polyamide 66 (PA66) enclosure. Engineered with an integrated UV-resistant outdoor power splitter architecture, this junction configuration provides a 1-input to multi-output distribution array to clean up complex parallel cabling fields.The internal layout features thick, screw-locking brass blocks that accept wire diameters up to 4.0 mm² to accommodate high-current loads without thermal build-up. To ensure permanent hermetic isolation from blowing desert dust and flash flooding, the enclosure utilizes premium compression glands with dual-layer silicone gaskets, achieving certified IP68 water and dust ingress protection.
